Your own site, a few pages
Keep your sitemap clean and use Search Console. Request indexing for the pages that matter most.
Indexing tools compared
Free tools from the search engines themselves, WordPress plugins and paid indexing services all promise faster indexing. Here is what each one can actually do, for which pages, and when it's worth paying.
Prices and features checked on October 6, 2026, on each provider's own website.
Short answer
Start with the free basics: a clean XML sitemap and Google Search Console for your own site. When you need more than a handful of URLs indexed quickly, or pages you don't own such as backlinks, use an indexing service. IndexerPal covers both, checks every URL in Google, and can index a page in as little as 3–5 minutes. IndexNow only reaches Bing and other engines, not Google.

How we compared
We looked at what each tool officially supports, from the provider's own documentation or website on October 6, 2026: which search engines it reaches, whether it works for pages you don't own, how many URLs you can submit, and what it costs.
Google, Bing, Yandex or a mix. Some popular tools don't touch Google at all.
Only sites you own and verify, or any URL, backlinks included.
Daily quotas, one URL at a time, or bulk lists.
Whether you find out which URLs were actually indexed.
Best for: Fast indexing of any page or backlink
IndexerPal's own indexing system gets pages into Google, Bing and Yandex, for your own site or any other URL, then checks every one in Google. You can import a whole sitemap, drip feed large batches, and use instant indexing for pages that can't wait.

Best for: A few pages on your own site
Google Search Console's URL Inspection tool shows whether a page on your verified site is indexed and lets you request indexing. It's free and comes straight from Google, but requests have a small daily quota per property, work one URL at a time and don't guarantee a crawl.
Good
Watch out
Best for: Job posting and livestream pages
The Indexing API lets a site tell Google directly when pages are added or removed. Google's documentation limits it to pages with JobPosting or BroadcastEvent markup, says every submission goes through spam detection, and warns that abuse can get access revoked. Many plugins use it for ordinary pages anyway.

Best for: WordPress sites using the Indexing API
Rank Math's free Instant Indexing plugin connects WordPress to Google's Indexing API and to IndexNow, so new posts are submitted when you publish. It makes setup easy, but the Google side carries the same rules and limits as the API itself.

Best for: Bing, Yandex and other IndexNow engines
IndexNow is an open protocol: you ping one endpoint and participating engines such as Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver learn about new or changed URLs within minutes. Google doesn't use it.

Best for: Bing indexing for your own site
Bing Webmaster Tools lets you submit URLs for your verified site, see Bing's index coverage and import your setup from Google Search Console. Bing's index also feeds other search and AI products, so it's worth a few minutes.

Best for: Automating backlink indexing at volume
Rapid URL Indexer is a paid service for any URL, with one-time credit packs, credits kept only for links that get indexed, a priority mode, and integrations for WordPress, Chrome and Zapier.

Best for: Large lists at a low price per link
SpeedyIndex takes bulk lists through a web app or a Telegram bot and only charges for links confirmed indexed, with a final report about a week after each task.

How to choose
Keep your sitemap clean and use Search Console. Request indexing for the pages that matter most.
An indexing service saves you the quota and the wait. Use instant indexing for launches.
Search Console and the Indexing API can't help here. Use a backlink indexer that checks each URL in Google.
Turn on IndexNow, or use a service that includes both engines.
That's exactly what the Indexing API is for.
No tool fixes a blocked or thin page. Check noindex, robots.txt, canonicals and content first.
IndexerPal is our own product, and it is listed first. Every other tool is described from its own website on the date above. Names are trademarks of their owners, none of whom is affiliated with us.
Make sure the page can be indexed, link to it from pages Google already crawls, list it in your XML sitemap and request indexing in Search Console. That covers a few pages a day on a site you own.
No. IndexNow is used by Bing, Yandex and a few other engines. Google doesn't take part, so you still need Google's own tools or an indexing service for Google.
Google's documentation limits the Indexing API to job posting and livestream pages and says it watches for abuse. Using it for other pages is outside those rules, which is a risk on a site you care about.
Search Console works one URL at a time, for your own site only, with a daily quota and no guarantee. An indexing service handles thousands of URLs, works for backlinks, and reports which ones were indexed.
With IndexerPal's instant indexing, in as little as 3–5 minutes. Free routes usually take from a few hours to a few weeks, depending on how often Google crawls your site.
