What if an instant URL doesn't get indexed?
It is checked again on day 4 and day 14. If it still isn't indexed at the final check, all 3 credits go back to your balance automatically.
Can instant indexing get a blocked page indexed?
No. A page with noindex, blocked in robots.txt, behind a login or with a canonical pointing elsewhere tells Google not to index it. Fix that first, then send it.
