1. Credits for URLs that aren't indexed
Every URL you send is verified in Google about 4 days and about 14 days after it was sent. If it still isn't indexed at the final check, the credits it cost go back to your balance. You don't need to ask; the project report and your credit history show each one.
Credits also come back at once for URLs rejected before sending (an invalid address, for example) and for URLs you remove from a project before they are sent.
2. Money refunds
You can get a full refund of a purchase within 14 days of paying, as long as you haven't used any credits from it. Write to [email protected] from your account's email address and tell us which purchase. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days. A pack paid in USDC (x402) is refunded in USDC to the wallet that paid.
After credits from a purchase have been used, it can't be refunded in money. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway: we look at every case.
3. What a refund does to your balance
A refunded purchase takes its credits back out of your balance, never more than you have left, and the refund appears in your credit history and on a credit note from Stripe.
4. Not covered
Credits spent on URLs removed under section 8 of our Terms of Service (malware, phishing, illegal content) are not returned, and those purchases are not refunded.
