1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IndexerPal ("IndexerPal", "we", "us") covering the website at indexerpal.com, your account, and the link indexing service (the "Service"). By creating an account or buying credits, you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.
The Service is built for businesses and professionals. If you use it as a consumer, the consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
2. What the Service does
You submit URLs (pages of your own website, or pages on other websites that link to you). Our proprietary indexing system gets them in front of the search engines you choose (Google, and optionally Bing and Yandex), so their crawlers discover, visit and index them. Then we verify, in Google, whether each URL has been indexed: within about an hour for instant indexing, and about 4 days and about 14 days after the URL was sent.
You choose for each project:
- Standard indexing: 1 credit per URL.
- Instant indexing: 3 credits per URL. Google receives the URL first in line; Bing and Yandex receive it at normal speed.
- Drip feed: optionally spread the sending over a number of days.
The index checker, which only checks URLs and sends nothing, costs 1 credit for every 10 URLs (rounded up per check). One project or check can hold up to 10,000 URLs.
3. What search engines decide
Search engines alone decide whether, when and how they index and rank a page. We can make sure a URL is discovered and visited; we can't force it into an index, keep it there, or promise any ranking or traffic. Pages that are blocked (noindex, robots.txt, login walls), broken, redirected, duplicated or very thin are often not indexed whatever anyone does.
That is why every URL is verified in Google and shown in your project report, and why section 5 gives back the credits of a URL that isn't indexed by our final check.
4. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 18.
5. Credits and credits back
Credits are bought in packs with a one-time payment. They never expire while your account exists, and they are not money: they can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Service.
Credits are taken when you create a project or a check. They come back to your balance automatically when:
- a URL is not indexed in Google at our final check, about 14 days after it was sent (the credits it cost come back);
- a URL is rejected before it is sent (for example, an invalid address), or you remove it from a project before it is sent.
Credits back are credits, not a cash refund. Our final check is the reference: a URL found indexed at the first or final check is counted as indexed, even if a search engine drops it later.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page, and the price shown is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe issues an invoice for every card payment, available in your dashboard.
Where we offer it, a pack can also be paid in USDC with the x402 protocol, usually by an app or AI agent acting for you (section 10). You pay the same amount as the dollar price, from a wallet you or your agent control, and the purchase is complete once the payment is settled on the blockchain. Blockchain payments can't be reversed: a refund under section 7 is sent in USDC to the wallet that paid. The order appears in your dashboard.
7. Refunds
If you haven't used any of the credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund of that purchase within 14 days of paying. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. Once credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase can't be refunded in money; the credits-back rule in section 5 still applies to every URL.
When a payment is refunded, the credits it added are removed from your balance (never more than you have left). Details are on our Refund Policy page.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree that the Service starts as soon as you use credits, and that you lose your right of withdrawal for credits you have used.
8. What you may not submit
You may only submit publicly reachable URLs you have a legitimate reason to get indexed. You may not submit URLs that:
- host or link to malware, phishing, scams or anything illegal where you or we operate;
- contain child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or publish personal data without a lawful basis;
- are designed to harm people or systems, or to manipulate search engines in ways their guidelines forbid at scale (hacked pages, doorway pages, cloaking).
We may refuse, stop or remove URLs that break this section, suspend accounts that keep doing it, and report illegal content to the authorities. Credits spent on URLs removed under this section are not returned.
9. Availability and limits
We work to keep the Service running at all times, but it may pause for maintenance or problems outside our control. Sending happens through a daily capacity shared between all customers, so very large projects may take more than a day to be sent; the dashboard shows each URL's status. We may change, add or remove features; if a change takes away something you've paid for, you can ask for a refund of unused credits.
10. API, connected apps and AI agents
You can use the Service from your own software through our API, and through apps and AI agents you connect to your account (for example with our MCP server, by signing in to an app, or by approving an agent's request with a code). API keys can be created once your account has bought credits.
- They act as you. Anything done with one of your API keys, or by an app or agent you connected, counts as done by you under these Terms, including spending credits and starting purchases. Connect only apps and agents you trust, and give them only the permissions they need.
- Keep keys secret. Store API keys like passwords. You can revoke a key, or disconnect an app or agent, at any time from your dashboard; it stops working at once. Tell us at [email protected] if you think a key was misused.
- Limits apply. The request and usage limits in our developer documentation apply, and we may change them. We may suspend a key, app or agent that abuses the Service or puts it at risk.
- Same rules. Sections 3, 5 and 8 apply to URLs submitted through the API, apps and agents exactly as to URLs submitted on the website.
- Software made by others. We aren't responsible for what an app or agent made by someone else does with the access you gave it, or for its mistakes.
We may change the API. If a change would break an integration that follows our documentation, we'll give notice first, usually by releasing a new version.
11. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and software belong to IndexerPal. Your URLs and your reports belong to you. You can export your reports at any time.
12. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, rankings or traffic), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.
13. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed, unless you ask for a refund under section 7 first. We may close accounts that break these Terms, with notice where possible.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in force when you made it. For material changes, we'll give you notice by email or on the website before they take effect.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which IndexerPal is registered, and disputes go to its competent courts. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim there.
